Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. US orders are shipped via Purolator. Tracking information for your order will be provided in an email, so please ensure that your email address is correct.
We also offer an in-store pick-up option for those of you who live in the Grande Prairie, AB area. Just select Pick-Up In-Store in the shipping method section. Once the order has gone through (you'll receive an email), you'll be able to pick up your order at our in-store location at 8502 99 St. Clairmont AB, T8X 5A8. Please note that you must present your receipt when picking up an order.

Orders Under $100: $20 Shipping Fee
Orders Over $100: FREE SHIPPING
In-Store Pick-up: FREE
ORDER PROCESS TIMES
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
NOTE: Please check our Contact Us page or our Facebook page for holiday hours. Any orders made during these holiday closures will be shipped 1-3 business days after our retail location re-opens.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Note that it may take a few days for the shipping information to be updated on the carrier's website.
REDIRECTING AN ORDER
Please double check to make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct! Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the original packaging and in brand new working condition. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
PRE-ORDERS
Occasionally we will have products that you can pre-order. This means that we don't have them in stock yet, but we will be bringing them in soon! Usually, we will have a discount on pre-orders as a special incentive for you. When you pre-order, you will receive an email confirming your order but they will NOT ship right away. Check the individual product pages for specifics on how long the wait is for shipping. Once your product is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you selected the pick up in store option, we will send you an email letting you know when you can pick your product up.
If you place an order with multiple products, including a pre-order product, regular products will ship on a normal timeline (1-3 days processing) and your pre-order product will ship later.
